ISO certification:
The OeAD association, which has been incorporated in the OeAD-GmbH, introduced a quality and process management system in 2006 with the aim of continuously improving, developing and optimising its services and internal processes. In the same year the OeAD association was certified according to the international quality standard ISO 9001:2000. Since then, the effectiveness of the quality management system has been confirmed annually by external monitoring audits. In 2016 the OeAD was certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
